Here is a two layer, hand painted wooden necklace designed and made by me, depicting a medieval devil. He is a devil of four faces; one on his head, both knees and bum!
He was loosely inspired by illustrations from margins of medieval manuscripts.
He measures approx. 10.5cm from wing tip to wing tip; and about 8.5cm in height. The gun-metal chain can be adjusted to three different lengths - 32cm, 37cm and 42cm, so can be worn with a variety of outfits and necklines!
The necklace has been laser cut from 3mm sustainable ply, painted entirely by hand with top quality acrylic paints and varnished with shellac. As all the brooches are painted by hand, individually, some very small, minor variations in detail might occur.
Presented in a natural kraft box.
