Here is a hand painted wooden necklace designed and made by me, depicting a flying monkey.
She was inspired by the flying monkeys of Wizard Of Oz fame, and based on a red-faced spider monkey.
She measures approx. 4.5cm from wing tip to wing tip; and about 7.5cm in height. The gun-metal chain can be adjusted to three different lengths - 38cm, 42cm and 46cm, so can be worn with a variety of outfits and necklines!
The necklace has been laser cut from 3mm sustainable ply, painted entirely by hand with top quality acrylic paints and varnished with shellac. As all the brooches are painted by hand, individually, some very small, minor variations in detail might occur.
Presented in a natural kraft box.
