Returns Policy for items bought from my shop

Standard Items (Prints, zines, brooches)

I want you to love any artwork you buy from me! If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund for the product price (and standard outbound delivery) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Custom Work & Commissions

Personalised items, custom artwork, or made-to-order commissions cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every order is packaged with care, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. I will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
